Hanoi, Dec. 25 -- The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 25,133 VND/USD on December 25, down 13 VND from the previous day. With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,390 VND/USD, and the floor rate 23,876 VND/USD. At 8:20, the buying and selling rates at major commercial banks saw a decrease. Both Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 26,109 VND/USD and the selling rate at 26,389 VND/USD, down 14 VND from the December 24 morning session./.
