Hanoi, Oct. 3 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh ordered prompt measures to ensure shelter, food, and essential supplies for communities affected by Typhoon Bualoi and subsequent flooding and tornadoes, with a firm commitment that no one shall be left homeless or hungry. The PM made the request on October 3 while chairing a teleconference with ministries, sectors and 12 localities to review recovery efforts following the devastating impact of Typhoon Bualoi, and to prepare for the arrival of Typhoon Matmo.
