Hanoi, May 20 -- A range of activities have been held by Vietnamese embassies abroad to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh on the occasion of his 135th birthday (May 19, 1890-2025).
On May 17, the Vietnamese Embassy in Romania hosted a solemn ceremony in memory of the late leader. The event was attended by embassy staff, representatives of Vietnamese associations in Romania, and Vietnamese students.
Ambassador Do Duc Thanh and his spouse, along with other attendees, offered incense in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh-a national liberation hero and a great man of culture who dedicated his entire life to the independence, freedom, and well-being of the Vietnamese people.
