Mexico City, May 20 -- Claudio De Negri, Secretary of the Chilean Communist Party's Central Committee and head of its Commission for External Relations, still vividly remembers the melody of the "Ballad of Ho Chi Minh" that he and thousands of Chileans sang in the main square of Santiago de Chile during a march in support of Vietnam in the late 1960s.
