Hanoi, Feb. 4 -- Representatives from political parties in Sri Lanka commended Vietnam's development achievements during a ceremony held in Colombo on February 3 to mark the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930-2025).

Speaking at the event, Vietnamese Ambassador Trinh Thi Tam highlighted significant historical milestones and notable achievements of the CPV over the past 95 years. She affirmed the Party's historical role as the leader and organiser of all victories of the Vietnamese revolution in the struggle for national liberation and reunification in the past and national construction, defence, and economic reform and development today.
