Hanoi, April 4 -- The Political Bureau on April 4 proposed the Party Central Committee consider and impose disciplinary actions against former Politburo member, former permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh. After considering a proposal by the Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission, the Politburo concluded that Binh, during his time as Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Government's Party Civil Affairs Committee, and permanent Deputy PM, violated the Party's regulations and the State's laws in performing his duties, particularly in the prevention and control of corruption and other negative phenomena.
