Hanoi, Aug. 28 -- Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a working session in Hanoi on August 28 with the standing boards of the Party Committees of Hai Phong city and Quang Ngai province to review draft documents and personnel proposals ahead of their Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 term. Representatives from the two localities presented draft political reports, leadership reviews, personnel lineups, and congress resolutions. They highlighted achievements from the 2020-2025 term, but admitted they need clearer strategies to address shortcomings, and proposed new leadership and development ideas for the new term.
