Hanoi, Aug. 25 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed Official Dispatch No. 1026/TTg-PL dated August 23, 2025, requesting ministries, sectors, and localities to intensify efforts in building and improving institutions and the legal system. The document stresses that to further strengthen this work with discipline, quality, timeliness, and effectiveness, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, and chairpersons of provincial/municipal People's Committees must directly lead and take responsibility within their assigned functions, tasks, and authority.
