Beijing, Aug. 31 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's attendance at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit 2025 as a guest of the host country and his working trip to China from August 31 to September 1 carry important significance, conveying Vietnam's strong message of cooperation, Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh told the Vietnam News Agency (VNA)'s resident correspondent in Beijing.
