Hanoi, Nov. 14 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on November 14 issued an official dispatch requiring efforts to determine the exact cause and responsibilities, and promptly address the consequences of a serious workplace accident which claimed the lives of two workers at the HC Bao Lam Joint Stock Company in Bao Lam 1 commune, Lam Dong province. The cause of the incident, which occurred at around 10:15 on November 9, was preliminarily identified as the explosion of the company's hydrochloric acid (HCl) storage tank.
