Hanoi, Feb. 27 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has called on small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to push beyond their limits and strive for growth at a Government conference with the group on February 27. Addressing the event, which aimed to identify challenges facing SMEs, propose solutions, and foster sustainable economic growth, PM Chinh stressed that authorities must actively listen to businesses, address their difficulties, and encourage their expansion.
