Hanoi, Nov. 28 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on November 27 asked for urgent measures to address the consequences of a serious traffic accident in the northern province of Lang Son that killed four people and injured two others on November 26.
At around 13:30 on November 26, a tractor-trailer collided with a car on National Highway 1, at Km42+600 in Nhan Ly commune. The crash caused traffic on National Highway 1A to back up for nearly 10 kilometres.
After receiving the report on the accident, PM Chinh extended condolences to the families of the victims and requested the Ministry of Public Security and the Lang Son provincial authorities to direct relevant forces to handle the aftermath, visit and support affected families, and ensur...
