Hanoi, July 25 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on July 25 issued an official dispatch, urging measures to address the aftermath of a deadly traffic accident on National Highway 1, in Song Tri ward, the central province of Ha Tinh. At approximately 2:10 a.m. on July 25, a sleeper bus en route from Hanoi to Da Nang lost control and overturned, resulting in 10 fatalities and 15 injuries. In response, the Government leader instructed the Chairperson of the Ha Tinh People's Committee, who also heads the provincial traffic safety committee, to mobilise all necessary medical resources to treat the injured and minimise loss of life and property.
