Hanoi, July 28 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed an official dispatch requesting ministries, sectors and localities to intensify the fight against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. The dispatch was sent to the Ministers of National Defence, Public Security, Agriculture and Environment, Foreign Affairs, Justice, Science and Technology, and Finance; as well as Chairpersons of People's Committees of coastal provinces and cities.
