Phu Tho, Jan. 9 -- A conference in northern Phu Tho province on January 9 unveiled the Politburo's decision naming Vice Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Policies and Strategies Pham Dai Duong as Secretary of the provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure.

The decision, presented by Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Organisation Commission Le Minh Hung, also appointed Duong to the provincial Party Committee, its Standing Board, and the Party Committee of Military Region 2.
