Hanoi, Dec. 26 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh outlined six pioneering initiatives for state-owned giant Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group (Petrovietnam) to drive the country toward double-digit growth next year during a conference in Hanoi on December 26.
