Hanoi, Jan. 22 -- Vietnam's petrol and oil prices moved in opposite directions on January 22 afternoon following the latest adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance.
Accordingly, E5 RON92 biofuel is capped at 18,283 VND (0.7 USD) per litre, a decrease of 93 VND, while RON95-III petrol will be sold at no more than 18,631 VND per litre, down 81 VND.
Oil prices, in contrast, have increased. The 0.05S diesel now costs 17,700 VND per litre (up 413 VND), kerosene 17,950 VND per litre (up 253 VND), and mazut 180CST 3.5S 13,872 VND per kilogramme (up 471 VND).
