Hanoi, Feb. 4 -- Authorities in Russia's second-largest city, Saint Petersburg, organised a discussion on February 3 to mark the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).
Chairing the event, Vyacheslav Kalganov, Deputy Chairman of the municipal Committee for External Relations, underscored the CPV's flexibility and creative approach to practical challenges, and ability to avoid dogmatism. These qualities, he noted, have enabled Vietnam to seize opportunities for national liberation, independence, socialism construction, economic development, and global integration, for the goal of properous people and a strong country.
