Hanoi, Oct. 8 -- Vietnamese Ambassador to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Le Ba Vinh has highlighted the significance of Party General Secretary To Lam's state visit to the DPRK, during which the Vietnamese leader will attend the ceremony marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). The trip from October 9 to 11 will be made at the invitation of General Secretary of the WPK and President of the State Affairs of the DPRK Kim Jong Un.
