Singapore, March 11 -- Party General Secretary To Lam, his spouse and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation met with staff of the Vietnamese Embassy and over 200 representatives of the Vietnamese community in Singapore in the evening of March 11, as part of his ongoing visit to the island-city state from March 11-13.
Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore Tran Phuoc Anh reported that over 25,000 Vietnamese are living, studying and working in Singapore. The community remains united, deeply connected to their homeland, and committed to preserving Vietnam's cultural identity, while also making valuable contributions to host society and friendship between the two nations.
