Hanoi, July 24 -- A delegation of the Party Central Committee, the State President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee laid wreaths at the monument to war heroes and martyrs on Bac Son street and paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Hanoi on July 24 on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947-2025).

The delegation included Party General Secretary To Lam, State President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, and Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the VFF Central Committee Do Van Chien.
