Hanoi, Dec. 26 -- Seeking feedback from overseas Vietnamese (OV) on Party resolutions, draft documents of Party Congresses and major policy orientations reflects an open, progressive and consistent approach in policies towards the OV community, stated Nguyen Duy Anh, Honorary Chairman of the Vietnamese Association in Fukuoka, Japan.
