Geneva, Dec. 30 -- Rachel Nguyen Isenschmid, Secretary-General of the Swiss-Viet Economic Forum (SVEF), has highlighted the Vietnamese Party and State's high valuation of contributions by overseas Vietnamese (OVs) as well as the community's confidence in the homeland's future.
