Hanoi, Jan. 20 -- Hanoi Railways Company Limited has announced that from February 1, all ticket-control gates on Nhon-Hanoi Station Metro Line 3.1 will operate using electronic identity and authentication solutions combined with biometric recognition. After this date, tickets issued under the old system will no longer be valid. To facilitate passengers' travel during the transition, the company will provide free ticket conversion support for passengers holding valid weekly or monthly passes under the old system.
