Hue, Oct. 17 -- Nguyen Dinh Trung, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Dak Lak province, was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the central city of Hue for the 2025-2030 tenure under a decision of the Politburo announced on October 17. Addressing the event, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Chairman of its Organisation Commission Le Minh Hung said Trung is a well-trained cadre with strong experience in Party building and state management. Hung also lauded Trung's decisive working style, close engagement with grassroots levels, and ability to foster unity. Throughout his previous positions, Trung has consistently fulfilled his assigned duties.
