Hanoi, Dec. 24 -- The Government has issued Decree No 331/2025/ND-CP, detailing several provisions of the Law on Atomic Energy and measures for its implementation, with a focus on the development and application of atomic energy. The decree outlines policies on investment and human resources development for the sector.

Under the decree, the State will ensure funding for the construction, development and maintenance of nuclear science and technology infrastructure, while encouraging the mobilisation of other lawful sources of capital under a long-term roadmap aligned with the pace of nuclear power development.
