Hanoi, Sept. 17 -- The first Congress of the Party Organisation of the Central Party Agencies will take place from September 23 to 24, drawing 299 delegates and nearly 100 guests. Nguyen Dang Tien, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies, stated that drafting documents was identified by the committee as the most important and central task.
