Hanoi, April 25 -- The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft law amending and summplementing a number of articles of the laws on bidding, public-private partnership (PPP), customs, export and import taxes, investment, public investment, and management and use of public assets, at its 44th session on April 25.
