Hanoi, Nov. 10 -- National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man has called for full, timely, and coordinated compliance with all legal requirements, emphasising that no procedural mistakes should compromise the voting and candidacy rights in the upcoming nationwide election.
