Hanoi, Dec. 2 -- Myanmar authorities are intensifying operations against online scam and illegal gambling networks, continuing to dismantle unlawful structures in the Myawady-Mae Htaw Tha Lay area (known as KK Park) and detaining foreign nationals linked to activities in Shwe Kokko.
As of November 29, a total of 270 out of 635 illegal buildings in KK Park had been demolished.
In the Shwe Kokko area, mine-clearance operations began on November 18, alongside inspections targeting facilities used for online fraud. Between November 18 and 29, authorities identified 135 illegal buildings, which have since been sealed to prevent their reuse.
