Kuala Lumpur, Nov. 29 -- Malaysia's e-commerce revenue for the first nine months of 2025 totalled 937.5 billion MYR (226.8 billion USD), up 1.9% compared to the same period in 2024, according to the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).

Chief Statistician Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Uzir Mahidin said the highest e-commerce revenue was recorded in the second quarter of 2025 at 313.8 billion MYR, before declining slightly to 312.6 billion MYR in the third quarter.

As the digital landscape evolves, e-commerce continues to play an important role in driving business activities, particularly in expanding market access and enhancing the competitiveness of the Malaysian economy.
