Kuala Lumpur, June 8 -- Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has called for stronger cooperation between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to help bring about an early end to the conflict between Israel and Palestine in the Gaza Strip.
