Hanoi, Dec. 6 -- The Security Agency for Investigation under the Ministry of Public Security has launched a probe into and temporarily detained Pham Quang Thien for the charge of "making, storing, distributing, and spreading information, documents, or items aimed at sabotaging the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" under Article 117 of the Penal Code. The ministry said on December 6 that the move on December 4 came as a result of the investigation into the case involving Le Trung Khoa (born in 1971 and residing in Dong Da ward, Hanoi), who faces the same charge.
