Kon Tum, March 22 -- The Central Highlands province of Kon Tum has mobilised its entire political system to implement Directive No. 42/CT-TTg signed by the Prime Minister on eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, helping to improve living conditions for local residents, especially those in ethnic minority-inhabited areas. Sa Thay district is among the localities that have most effectively implemented the programme, with 75 repaired houses and 219 newly-constructed abodes. Statistics showed that Sa Thay district still has 346 temporary and dilapidated houses that need to be repaired or constructed.
