Vinh Long, Sept. 12 -- The People's Committee of Vinh Long province on September 12 held talks with Japan's WAGO Group and the Hai Phong Investment, Trade and Construction Co., Ltd. to discuss potential cooperation in agricultural exports, technology transfer in crop cultivation, and biomass power development.
