Hanoi, Feb. 7 -- State budget revenue from import-export activities in January decreased 11.7% year-on-year to over 27.66 trillion VND (over 1 billion USD), the General Department of Vietnam Customs reported on February 7.

The country's total trade value hit 63.25 billion USD in the month, down 3.3% compared to the same time of 2024. Exports fell 4% to 33.19 billion USD, while imports slid 2.6% to 30.06 billion USD, resulting in a trade surplus of 3.13 billion USD.
