Hanoi, Dec. 11 -- The French and Brazilian Embassies in Hanoi on December 11 jointly held a press conference marking the 10th anniversary of the Paris Agreement on climate change and highlighting the outcomes of the 30th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), recently concluded in Belem, Brazil.
