Hanoi, July 6 -- Nahji Chu (Nga Chu) has become a prominent figure in Australia's contemporary culinary scene, particularly within the Vietnamese community there. Her story is not only that of a successful businesswoman but also a powerful symbol of resilience, innovation, and cultural pride.

Nahji Chu and her family have settled in Australia since 1978. Before venturing into the food industry, she had already built a solid career across various fields.
