Jakarta, April 25 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology has explored cooperation with state-owned banknote printer Peruri for the digitalisation of diplomas to support the acceleration of digital transformation in the education sector.
This cooperation is expected to an effective impact on universities, such as digitalisation of diplomas and legal documents, and other important documents, Higher Education, Science, and Technology Minister Brian Yuliarto said in a statement here on April 23.
Yuliarto stated that one of the main obstacles his ministry is currently facing is the digitalisation of diplomas, noting that incidents of diploma forgery persist.
