Jakarta, April 14 -- The Halal Product Assurance Organising Agency (BPJPH) of Indonesia has opened a quota of 1 million free halal certifications (SEHATI) for 2025, targeting micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) across the country. BPJPH Chairman Ahmad Haikal Hasan said that the opening of the 2025 SEHATI quota is part of the government's strategy to encourage halal certification for UMK products, aiming to enhance their competitiveness in both domestic and global markets.
