Jakarta, Feb. 8 -- The Bali Regional Police has just arrested three nationals identified as JC, LE, and PA from the United Kingdom for allegedly attempting to traffic around 6 billion Rp (368.684 USD) worth of illegal drugs into Bali, Indonesia. In a press conference held in Denpasar, Bali on February 6, Adjunct Grand Commissioner Ponco Indriyo, Deputy Director of the Narcotics Investigation Directorate, reported that JC (37) and LE (39) were apprehended on February 1 at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. The two suspects were caught with nearly one kg of narcotics after arriving in Bali from a layover in Doha, Qatar.
