Jakarta, April 11 -- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on April 10 held talks with his Indonesian counterpart Subianto Prabowo, who was on an official visit to Turkey.

President Erdogan said at a joint press conference that the two countries have agreed to launch new initiatives to enhance cooperation across multiple areas, including the defence industry, construction, health care, energy, and food processing, the Vietnam News Agency (VNA)'s correspondent in Jakarta cited the local media as reporting.
