Jakarta, April 15 -- Indonesia and Qatar have agreed on a joint investment commitment of 4 billion USD for priority sectors, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Indonesian sovereign wealth fund Danantara, Pandu Sjahrir said on April 14. Those priority sectors include food security, energy security, downstream processing, digital infrastructure, healthcare, and tourism. The CIO noted that this joint investment commitment is distinct from Qatar's previous investment in Indonesia's housing sector, which Housing and Settlements Minister Maruarar Sirait highlighted.
