Chakravorty has expressed his deep admiration for Vietnam's remarkable achievements over the past five decades, particularly as the country prepares to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975-2025).

Speaking to the Vietnam News Agency ahead of the historic occasion, General Chakravorty described April 30, 1975, as a milestone not only for Vietnam but also for all nations aspiring to freedom and stable unification.
