HCM City, Aug. 14 -- The Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organisations (HUFO) and the Vietnam-India Friendship Association in the city on August 14 held a ceremony to mark the 78th anniversary of India's Independence Day (August 15, 1947-2024).
