Hue, Nov. 5 -- The central city of Hue has so far received over 329 billion VND (over 12.5 million USD) from the central budget, the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF)'s agencies, and other localities to support flood recovery efforts, according to the municipal Civil Defence Command. Accordingly, the city received 250 billion VND from the central budget, including 150 billion VND in emergency aid under Decision No. 2400/QD-TTg dated October 29, 2025, and an additional 100 billion VND under Decision No. 2438/QD-TTg dated November 1, 2025.
