Ninh Binh, Feb. 9 -- As part of the Homeland Spring 2026 programme, the People's Committee of Ninh Binh, in coordination with the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organised a meeting to connect overseas Vietnamese with the northern province on February 7.

The overseas Vietnamese delegation comprised 100 representatives from 32 countries and territories worldwide. They are outstanding individuals in various fields such as politics, economics, culture, and science and technology.
