HCM City, Dec. 19 -- Ho Chi Minh City's wood processing industry aims to achieve 15 billion USD in export revenue by 2035, with 80% of products meeting green standards, heard a meeting held on December 18. The first congress of the Handicraft and Wood Industry Association of HCM City (HAWA), the 2025-2028 tenure, marked HAWA's merger with the Binh Duong Furniture Association (BIFA) to form a new industry association representing nearly 1,000 member enterprises.
