HCM City, Nov. 19 -- Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc on November 19 met with President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Milos Vystrcil, who is on an official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.
