HCM City, Feb. 19 -- The Board for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilisation under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, in collaboration with the city's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, on February 19 organised a meeting with representatives of the local Muslim community on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. Nguyen Manh Cuong, head of the board, praised Muslim dignitaries and followers on behalf of the city's leaders for their contributions to patriotic emulation movements and their active role in fulfilling the city's socio-economic development, defence, and security tasks and targets for 2024.
